Security Dynamics prides itself on its technical support and are continually investing in systems infrastructure and staff training to enable us to deliver the very best professional guidance and assistance. If you experience any difficulty with the installation, programming or maintenance of our products, our technical support team is dedicated to providing expert advice and information to resolve queries and have your system up and running in the shortest period of time.

On-Site Support
As part of our ongoing service commitment, we also provide where necessary, on-site technical support. This is currently limited to within mainland UK only, and is generally a free of charge service available for large installations and more complex systems. 


Our technical support department is available between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and can be contacted via telephone, email or using our online contact form. Alternatively, if you are looking for user manuals, firmware or software, you may find these in the Download centre and Product information pages of our website. Please note that trade registration and login may be required for full access to these files.
