Despite this, there are occasions where products fail and a repair or replacement becomes necessary. Our service department is fully equipped with the latest test platforms and diagnostic software to assist with the repair of returned faulty products, ensuring a quick turnaround with minimum inconvenience to our clients.

• NO INVOICE on advance replacement despatch

The Process: Simple!
1. YOUR CALL: If you have a faulty product, give our Technical Team a call and they will assist.
2. WE DESPATCH: If our technical team are unable to find a resolution and confirm the fault, we will ship a replacement to you without invoicing* on the same day, where possible.
3. WE COLLECT: Once the replacement has been delivered, give us a call and we will arrange collection. Simply tell us where and when! (*credit account required)
Didn’t buy it from us?
Not a problem! As a valued Security Dynamics customer we will
do our utmost to provide support for the product. In the event the
product is faulty, we will try and facilitate it’s return to the Dahua
RMA centre for replacement/exchange under warranty.

In the meantime, should you wish to return a product for repair or credit, please contact our service department who will be more than happy to help. You will need to provide us with the exact model no of the product being returned, nature of the fault/reason for return and the purchase date/ invoice number. Our service department will then issue an RMA no. where applicable and advise further on the return process.
