Security Dynamics (Europe) Ltd only supplies products built to the very highest standards, with a reputation for reliability and sustained quality. Despite this, there are occasions where products fail and a repair or replacement becomes necessary. Our service department is fully equipped with the latest test platforms and diagnostic software to assist with the repair of returned faulty products, ensuring a quick turnaround with minimum inconvenience to our clients.

New Online RMA Portal
We are in the process of launching a web based RMA service which will allow our registered customers to request product return authorisations online. This new system is designed to simplify the RMA process by generating all necessary paperwork to accompany the returned goods. Customers will also be able to view the status of their returns including verification of receipt, repair progress and confirmation of despatch for completed repairs. We endeavour to have this new system in place by early 2013.

PCB Repair 

In the meantime, should you wish to return a product for repair or credit, please contact our service department who will be more than happy to help. You will need to provide us with the exact model no of the product being returned, nature of the fault/reason for return and the purchase date/ invoice number. Our service department will then issue an RMA no. where applicable and advise further on the return process.
